		<description>I agree! And yes - it often takes me forever to read all of the labels. Stick with organic products and you should do OK. Brownberry and Arnold are good for bread as is Pepperidge Farm; Newman&#039;s Own is safe for salad dressing. As for mayo - we make our own. Stonyfield Farm yogurt is safe too. Also - all fresh produce!:-) Happy label reading!</description>

		<description>Very interesting. But, what most people don&#039;t realize, is that there is HFCS in most fast food sandwich buns. It&#039;s in salad dressings and the mayo in the cole slaw and potato salad. It&#039;s in Yoplait yoghurt, most bagels and most pizza sauces and crusts. It&#039;s in stuffing and cranberry sauce. It&#039;s in almost everything. It takes me an hour to read all the labels on the stuff I buy, but I guess it&#039;s worth it to avoid that evil stuff. I read recently that FDA is siding with the corn industry and will allow them mislabel HFCS as simply corn syrup.  I&#039;m at the point now where I will not buy anything that has &quot;corn&quot; as an ingredient.</description>
